Information:
People dealing with Chronic Pain on a daily basis often feel lonely, depressed and isolated.
Ashford Chronic Pain support group was set up to help and support with this issue and meet on the first Tuesday of every month at The Hub - formally The Gateway - in Park Mall, Ashford.
Guest speakers are invited to share information and give informative talks.
A £2 donation per meeting covers unlimited tea and coffee.
In addition to this they meet monthly for coffee mornings or lunch where they have built up real friendships.
