Ashford Cogs Club may be able to help people experiencing problems with memory.
The club aims to encourage members to participate in purposeful activity in order to develop or maintain active minds. The Clubs are modelled on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy.
The day is from 10am to 3pm and includes a
Light Lunch, Tea or Coffee
A Cogs Club is running at St Mary's Community Centre, Rylands Avenue, Kennington, Ashford

It will take place every Wednesday From 10am to 3pm
