Abbies Army the Ashford children's brain cancer charity would love your support throughout September for ‘Childhood Cancer Awareness Month’
This is the first opportunity we have to become part of a GLOBAL voice in the UK. Few people know that the awareness ribbon for childhood cancer is ‘GOLD’ and so the campaign for the month is ‘GOLDEN DAYZ’
This is a simple dress down day for groups, schools, clubs and workplaces to show their support. Simply nominate a day during the month for a minimum donation of £1 per person in support of childhood cancer.
100% of all funds raised will go directly to researchers at the Institute of Cancer Research investigating the deadliest brain tumours in children.
1 in 600 children before the age of 15 will be diagnosed with cancer and 1 CHILD DIES EVERY 3 DAYS FROM A BRAIN TUMOUR IN THE UK
