Information:
Ashford based charity Carers Support is holding regular sessions across Ashford each month.
People who care for someone with a mental health condition or long-term illness are invited to attend
The sessions offer advice, support and guidance.
The meetings will be held at Centrepiece, in Bank Street, on the first Friday of each month between 11am-12.30pm
at Norman House, in Beaver Road, between 3.30pm-5pm on the fourth Friday of each month
and at The Holiday Inn, in Canterbury Road, between 11am-12.30pm on the second Thursday of each month.
