Ashford Leisure Trust working alongside Ashford Borough Council is running a new activity at the Stour Centre.
People of all ages can participate in the latest craze “Walking Football” at the Stour Centre in Ashford.
Players are encouraged to join the action, for a friendly, gentle and fun 45 minutes of a sport which is taking off across the country.
Walking football is a slow-paced non-contact version of the beautiful game and is designed to help people maintain an active lifestyle, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injury.
Just turn up on Tuesdays at 12.15pm at the Stour Centre and join in the fun. Cost is £3 per session and all are welcome.
