How is AHBS funded?
We receive no funding from the hospital or other statutory body and our running costs come from local individuals and businesses who choose to donate money to us or help us in some other way. In order to raise the money which we need to keep the Service going, we organise a number of fund-raising events each year. You will also see us out and about across Ashford at events & fetes, discos and parties. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps to keep us on the air.
